What food helps you gain weight fast?
I am really trying to gain weight on my legs and arms whats the best way to do this. I am aware that i should work out to build muscle but im not too keen on this is there anything else?

Lots of monounsaturated fats are good. Fattening, squishy, not unhealthy. Avocados, potatoes, sunflower seeds etc. Also, drink drinks with calories more often. Cola, fruit juice, milkshakes. Lots of cola might make you burp more, but girls who can proudly burp loud are pretty cool. Too much milkshake is bad... No more than one a day. Never brush teeth immediately after fruit juice, as it softens enamel and you'd brush it off. Give it at least fifteen minutes, a half hour, maybe.
Eat just about anything you like. Eat something (or many things) until you are in pain. Then eat a few more bites, so you feel pretty bloated and fat. Wait a few minutes. Go bathroom, pass wind, loosen clothes -all to make room. Then when you're ready, eat just as much food again, so it really hurts again. You'll be gassy. You'll be bloated. You'll have a massive food baby (pregnant looking tummy from food) and might have to waddle. But it improves you appetite, and doing this now and again will make you able to eat much more monounsaturated fats than you otherwise could. You'll be able to have seconds on everything, not feel full. It's great. Once your tummy is totally stuffed, and actually visibly bloated, go to bed, and sleep it off. In the night, you'll digest it all, and the food baby will go away. You might be left with a teensy layer of fat, just enough to pinch out a bit, like I did. The time I did this, I ate a personal pizza, two bowls of salad, and one big bowl of ice cream for supper. Pretty good deal, at pizza hut happy hour. I also had to walk for several hours... But it was fun. Good luck getting thicker. A BMI of 25/26 lives longest, so if you're unsure of how much to gain... That'd be a good place to stop by.

Eat the fattiest foods around, the easiest would be McDonalds any burger, eat them at every meal, then stuff your face with fries and for little snacks Twinkies and the like. I found that chocolate milk gains weight faster then pop (personal expirience)

ice cream, mayo, beef, chips, just eat till the point where you think you'll explode
