so i started wearing a tampon after school today and i want to wear one tomorrow but im worried about p.e. Can it fall out? How often should i change the tampon?

No it won't fall out change it every 4-6 hours. Any longer than 6 is dangerous

If you can feel the tampon, it will fall out. If you can't, it is safe! It will definitely NOT fall out during p.e., I wear one all the time

Nooo it will not fall out during p.e! You don't have to worry about that. I wear one during gym all the time & you should change it every 7-8 hours or so.

no it will not fall out............you should change it 4-6 hours
