child labor laws United States?
i got a new job and i wanted to keep both i am 17 i live in Massachusetts and i will be working over 48 hours a week if i keep my normal schedule i will work 40 hours a week at one job and around 22 hours at my other job i am only supposed to work 48 hours a week is that per job if not what would happen if i quietly ignore this? could they catch me?

Labor laws are for the employer. They cannot schedule you more hours than the law states, per place of employment.
Lots of pple get second jobs, and work more than 40 or 50 hrs a week.
