Requirements for a city to be chosen as the Super Bowl host?
I read the previous Qs and As but they didnt have reputable sources. I also googled it but only Yahoo! Answers and Wiki Answers gave me what I was looking for. If somebody could give me any website that is not wikipedia or a Q and A site that would be great.

Evidently, the NFL Super Bowl Selection Committee doesn't make the host city requirements generally available to the public. I didn't find any NFL sponsored website that outlines the basic requirements.
However, I did find a Jacksonville, Florida article that discusses the probabilities of the NFL bringing a Super Bowl to south Florida. It has a list of the host city requirements.. however, the article is from 2007.
From the article:
Requirements to host Super Bowl
1) Stadium seating capacity: 70,000 seats.
2) Hotel rooms: 25,000 within an hour's drive.
3) Weather: Average high temperature in early February must be at least 50 degrees or the stadium must have a dome.
4) Space: Enough to hold a media center and the NFL Experience theme park.
5) Staffing: Three times above the level for a normal sellout crowd.
6) Power: Provide power at no cost to the NFL, television networks and other media.
7) Advertising: Give the NFL the ability to cover existing stadium advertising during the game and replace it with its own advertising.
(Obviously the league waived the weather requirement for the 2014 Super Bowl at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey)
