I can't see my contacts over webcam on Skype?
So my problem is I can't conduct a video chat with my contacts on Skype. My contacts could see me over my webcam, but I can't see them over their's. I have the latest version of Skype
Any solutions?

In order to see each other on Skype, YOU the Caller must first send an Invitation to another Skype User to share two-way Video.
Then, your calling partner must ACCEPT the Invitation, which tells Skype's Video Servers to allow the Video Call. Then, everything should work as expected.
IF NOT, in Tools > Options > Video Settings, you must make sure that the "people on my contact list only" Radio button is selected in both places.
TIP: This is important! Make sure that the people you want to see do exactly the same thing in their Video Settings, AND, have the latest version of Skype, too. And, finally, they must ensure that their Firewall software, or their hardware-based Router, isn't BLOCKING Skype.
