Is 14 appropriate for second base?

We've been going out for three months, anniversary three days ago. We feel the love for each other. we haven't had any major fights. any fights really shes the girl for me.But that doesn't matter. We were talking and she let me touch her, i didn't ask. She asked if i wanted to. So after a while of anxiety shaking, and building confidence i did. Three days later we ended up chilling on my couch. We talked for a while about it. I touched her breast, under her bra. She touched me over my jeans. Is this an appropriate age for this. We both felt odd after it happened. We were thinking it was just because it was something new? BTW were both getting good grades, in PSEO classes and have received 4.0's for a very long time, so we're not stupid.And please, don't get all christian on me.We both agreed we shouldn't have sex till at lealked ast 16, preferably till we're married (yes we've talked about it, no it doesn't matter).
