Cannot get a program off my desktop?
I Opened up a programme and is now on my desktop for me to view.( restore computer), I cannot get the programme to exit. cannot get into Ctrl Alt deelte, to delete the program. I cannot shutdown my computer to get into safe mode. It will turn off if I hold the button down. But once I turn it back on. It is still on the desktop.. Please help if you can. ty
Thankyou big_jo19 I went to switch user, and pressed on myself again and it came up to delete. Much appreciated . ty

are you logged in as an administrator? try that if you are able to otherwise go into your hard drive locate users, your user name, desktop then delete the file from there the address bar should look something like this if you click on it C:\Users\Dj Crook\Desktop The Dj Crook is my user name
