Job opportunities for Economics BA with hospitality background?

I'm graduating from university next semester with an Econ BA and Business Minor. The job hunt is slow and frustrating. I would love a career as a business consultant or financial analyst. Most of my experience is in hospitality (worked at a resort and also worked as a host at an upscale restaurant). What types of jobs would mix my previous work experience with my educational experience and desired career path? ***I want to stay away from sales***

Thanks!

I think business consultant and financial analyst are wishful thinking for someone with nothing but a business minor. I think if you wanted one of those positions you'd be better off getting an MBA. Most economics majors end up in retail, but maybe you can find work at a bank.
