One can not be rational & practical and highly emotional at the same time.

But if it's one of each, I would eject the emotional one so the other two could talk.

You mean all three of them have those traits?? or one trait for each.

I'd give each 5 minutes, the others have to shut up while that person talks, and go in a circle, keep it nice and calm and organized.

Its a good way two or three, it is also biblical , this I have in part with in home fellowships for several years, we were meeting twice a week, which is how awareness in the truth one to another ,as if the spiritual in lesson becomes also the living of Life by this, him. Very fasten growth by the Spirit freely moving.

    Aramaic Bible in Plain English

I say therefore, my brethren, that whenever you gather, whoever among you has a Psalm, let him speak, or whoever has a teaching, or whoever has a revelation, or whoever has a language, or whoever has a translation, let all things be done for edification. 27And if any speak in languages, let two speak, or as many as three, and let each one speak and let one translate. 28And if there is no translator, let him who speaks in a language be silent in the church and let him speak to himself and to God. 29But let two or three Prophets speak and the others discern. 30And if something is revealed to another while the first is sitting, let him be quiet. 31For you can all prophesy one by one, that each person may teach and everyone may be comforted. 32For the spirit of the Prophet is subject to the Prophet, 33Because God is not chaotic, but peaceful, as in all the assemblies of The Holy Ones.

29Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others pass judgment. 30But if a revelation is made to another who is seated, the first one must keep silent. 31For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all may be exhorted; 32and the spirits of prophets are subject to prophets; 33for God is not a God of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.

Having never been in such a situation I have no idea. But my normal dealings with others is to let them be, whatever state of being they have chosen or allowed.

The first, and most important hing to do is to validate each one and attempt to see their positions from their perspective.
