What name sounds better with middle name Louise?

That's my middle name!! And it's because my Grandma had that middle name too!!!! Cool!

This is the order I like them.

First Giana, then Leilani, then Milania.

I think go with the first name you like best, not necessarily with the one that sounds the nicest with Louise. It is very special that you chose the middle name you did, but how often do people have their middle name used as well in everyday life? I think Louise is even better a name than the three first names you have, for what that is worth. Good luck.

Giana Louise flows well, has cute nns, and will age nicely.

Milania will always and forever have spelling/pronunciation problems and aggravation.

It reminds me of the millenium and I just don't really find it attractive.

Leilani Louise sounds like some 1940's Hollywood starlet name. I just think I'd find it hard to take her seriously as an adult.
