when we had a cottage in the country side i noticed that people in country side re total yokos - there re no rules for them, they make as much noise as they want. bastards. i think it is not acceptable, but what can u do? u can not just start shooting them. thou i would

There are many restriction inside city limits. Such as no loud music after a certain hour. Call the police if it continues. But outside the city limits in the counties there are no such laws in most areas.

no it is antisocial! between 11pm to 7am we must have SILENCE. only thru peace and quiet may the world be ruled!
