I am willing to bet there is a chip in the key you are using to turn it over with, and the chip has gone bad.

Get confirmation from the dealer, that is where you will need to buy the 100 to 400 dollar key.

If your KEY has a chip in it, it has most likely gone bad. If you have an extra key try it. If that doesn't work then you can take it to the dealer to have it checked.

if the engine won,t turn over check the battery terminals to make sure they are not corroded or loose. it could be the battery dead or even the starter could be stuck. the alternator all it does is keep the battery charged while your driving, but it can,t do that f the battery terminals are all corroded or loose.
