Capture a computer image and install windows 7?

I want to capture a computer image and install windows 7 from that image. I don't know what wrongs. Check my step.

Install Windows 7 on new computer

Install some software

Install AIK

I created WinPE disc

Sysprep the computer

Reboot from WinPE

Capture

then I got a file "install.wim"

Format a USB in NTFS format because "install.wim" in over 7GB

Copy all files from windows 7 dvd to USB

copy "install.wim" to under "/source"

type "D:\boot\bootsect /nt60 E: /mbr" to able to boot from NTFS

Then attach that USB to new computer

Change Boot Order

but that computer didn't detect my USB and searching for network

Did I need to use Server??

I can't use Server :(

I think I wrong in formatting command and this command "D:\boot\bootsect /nt60 E: /mbr"

If you don't mind, please tell me steps exactly from formatting to the end

Thanks~

If there I really need to use Server tell me step in Server too :D

if there are no settings to allow to boot from usb in the bios try setup to see if you need to enable it or try f8 for a boot menu .

some older pcs dont have the option available in the bios so need to install a driver from a cd dvd 1st

dos driver is another issuse for usb there otu there but not alot of support for them
