I can not re-install Quickbooks?
It would not open, so I uninstalled from the the add/remove programs. It remained there, even though it showed as an empty program. I went to re-install in and I keep getting this msg: You must ask your system administrator to remove Quickbooks before it can be re-installed. I went into sys. adm, and it does not show as it being there anywhere. I used CCleaner to clean the registry, and it still gives me the same msg. Can anyone tell me what else I can do? Thank you in advance!
Yes Mark, the first thing I did try was a system restore, no luck with that either. Thank you Psychic, but they don't have answers on the link on how to get it to show up to remove as an administrator, but I appreciate both of your answers.

can you do a system restore to before you uninstalled it?
even before you were having problems with it
