I have been dating my guy for a year. I am a huge dog lover and never had any issues with a dog not liking me. The last 6 months she growls at me when I pet her. Last night she jumps in my lap for a pet this time growled and bark. That was the first time she barked at me. This is a huge dog and I will say I am scared of her after she started all this growling at me business after jumping in my lap for a pet.. I thought it might be a problem when he was around so I went over when he wasn't there. At first she was fine so I sat down started to pet her and she growled again. I don't get it. She is excited to see me. My boyfriend said she has never done this before and he thinks he can since his feeling towards me and is jealous. I do see that because if we sit by each other she tries to get between us. Which my BF stops so she doesn't think she's the alpha dog. I am at a lost on how to make her love me too. Any suggestions?

It would not open, so I uninstalled from the the add/remove programs. It remained there, even though it showed as an empty program. I went to re-install in and I keep getting this msg: You must ask your system administrator to remove Quickbooks before it can be re-installed. I went into sys. adm, and it does not show as it being there anywhere. I used CCleaner to clean the registry, and it still gives me the same msg. Can anyone tell me what else I can do? Thank you in advance!

On the contractors edition a can not find how to get a report on all the charges for one specific customer. It keeps going to all customers. Anyone know the menu for looking at just one customer job costs breakdown in a report form?

I just received it and it works great, except when the computer goes to sleep, then we lose phone service until we wake up the computer. I am wondering if that is the experience others have had and if so what solutions might there be?

I feel like not letting the computer go into sleep mode is a utility waste, when it isn't being used. Any ideas or suggestions?

We had a pet store in the 80's, and we had a real yuppie couple who came in and bought a nice aquarium and a few gold fish. They became regular customers as they doted on their new off springs.

One day, they came in and so embarrassed and ashamed looking told us "Barney" the biggest goldfish had "worms," which they could barely whisper. I asked why they thought this. She explained she saw a wormy thing coming out of him from his bottom side.

Trying to not laugh, or any way embarrass them, I explained this was just the poo. Just like us, their incoming is eventually outgoing. This was just the shape it took for goldfish.

They were so relieved, (not embarrassed) at all.Just so happy Barney was gonna live. I thought that was the cutest thing (and funny too) I had ever seen!

Mine was while working as a teller years ago, I would get the same comedian day after day! A customer (usually men), would come to my window and I'd say, "how can I help you" Their original reply, "I need some money, do you have any??? Ha-ha-ha-ha!

I have these mirrored stands that match nothing (set of three), have had them forever, but just never part with them. They hold some cute memento of mine on each one, but they are extra work to keep clean. How about you?

What is your most prized keepsake and why? Describe it if it is something unusual.

Mine is a large book my mom made me of our family history. It has so many pictures of past generations, marriage certificate, death certificates, military records, property records, and our family tree dating back to the 1700's. I can't believe the amount of work she poured into this and it is amazing to see the history of how your family morphed into the current times. I wouldn't take anything for it!

My best memory of kindergarten was when our class drew a huge Pumpkin that covered a wall for Halloween. The teacher picked me and a boy to point at it for our town newspaper reporter. So I got to see myself in the paper!

The worse memory was we had to cut out hearts for Valentines Day. I could not cut the shape to save my life. My teacher made me stay in through recess and I still could not meet her approval When she turned her back, I picked up a throw away on the floor from one of my classmates, showed it to her, and I finally was released from art prison to go outside!~~
