What is something you have in your home that you hate?
Do you have some weird item around your house that you just don't like but for some reason, you keep it?
I have these mirrored stands that match nothing (set of three), have had them forever, but just never part with them. They hold some cute memento of mine on each one, but they are extra work to keep clean. How about you?

I have a jestor hand made doll from London Covern Garden Market bought in 1981, now old & dirty but I still keep it in my toilet room....to remember my first visit to London. The 2nd reason is my wife hated it but I want it so is a cross-sword centre for activation of anger.....a stirer of a cool drink.

Well, I love everything in my house...today.
Ask me the same question next week and I might hate everything.
I'm a clean freak that CAN'T STAND having a lot of junk hanging around, so I tend to spring clean every 2 weeks or so, lol, so if there's something that I've decided I don't like,I drop it off at the Sally Ann. I do have a few things that are just plain ugly, but I keep them because of the memories attached, namely a few xmas decorations. My daughter loves to decorate using them and I grin and bear it knowing that it won't be long before they are hidden away again.

I can't stand my dining room hutch. It's a 54 inch wide 1970's ugly thing that looks like a piece of dollhouse furniture in my enormous 1920's dining room with 9 foot ceilings. I really need a 80-90 inch wide antique breakfront but won't be able to afford one of those anytime soon.
So since I need something to fill that wall, the ugly tiny hutch stays.

I have an old recliner chair that doesn't work properly but if I get rid of it I won't have an extra chair when I need it.

The wine cabinet. Full of useless glasses and I'm always afraid I'm going to break something on it.

CARPET by the doors. Prefer vinyl in that area. Since we rent we can't change it.
