What is the country song about telling his love to come home over the radio?

I think it's older, and I can picture the album cover- it has the artist in a bandanna and an orange shirt, getting off a motorcycle.

He talks about his love not answering the phone and so he is trying to get a hold of her over the radio.

pleas help.
