Ur immune system is,weak , I've heard fruit helps especially oranges, see a doctor make sure u don't any underlying problem

1. Too much stress has affected your immune system.
2. Play too many video games has affected your immune system
One of these two possibilities... it has been rather warm in Singapore
EDIT: Whoops~ Missed out the UK & Ireland part ._. So maybe its caused by stress?
