Check out the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. They're like Classical music mixed with Heavy Metal. They have five full-length albums, of which, three are Christmas-themed. Specifically, the songs Nutrocker and Wizards of Winter may turn You onto the band.

Skid Row- I Remember You Poison- Every Rose Has it's Thorn Cinderella- Don't Know What You Got Til It's Gone My personal favorite, although I don't know if it falls within the category of hard rock/metal, is No Ordinary Love by The Deftones.
