Cardiovascular for me.
The heart is part of the Cardiovascular system.
The brain is apart of the central nervous system.
lol Digestive is my least favorite, but interesting none the less.

Just imagine how our Body function with it.......
AND....Most of the Time, we find MANY using their Heart to rule them....

I agree with Rose, the brain is the most fascinating for me. If boobs would count as internal, they'd be my first choice, maybe as part of the lactation system, or the Milky Way ;-)

I did terrible in biology, so I don't really know...I guess I have to go with cardiovascular as well due to the fact that it's the only when I can think of at the moment!
