    F= -KX

    Where K is the spring constant.

    F/X=-K

    K=-(24/0.1)

    K=-240Nm^-1

    Hooke's Law:

    F = -k(x)

    With F = 24N

    x = -0.1m

    k = -F/x = -24/(-0.1) N/m = 240 N/m
