Is this Irritable Bowels Syndrome? What should I do? Pls read fully...?

i have an irritating spot in my anal hole. its a tiny bumpy spot that i can feel when letting my finger in or when defecating. it gives a strong burning sensation when i poo and i also have constipation for a long time. my defecating process has been very discomforting and ive started hate going to poo in recent times

especially today my head has been paining round the clock coz ive been attending my classes back to back and also i hav a very bad sleep cycle. i dont feel like sleeping in the nights and even if i do i am not able to fall asleep. often i sleep at 2 or 3'o clock on the night and wake up even past 12 in the day. but if i have to go my class or somewhere i am able to wake up in time mostly. but its true that i am having pretty bad sleep. i am also having enormous stress and worry abt my xams.

i know doctor is the best option but is there a way to cure this with at-home remedies??? i want to solve it on-the-go if possible. i am little lazy to go to the doctor's.

please tell me what the best remedy is....

Update:

i actually left out two things yesterday....... there was a swollen up part in the internal walls of my anus when i stuck my finger in...... this was adjacent but not in the same area as the irritating bumpy spot..... also i do not poo out much without some struggle....

but, now that ive woken up after a good night's sleep i feel much better...... i dint feel much of irritation or discomfort in the toilet this morning......
