Family Guy related question?

I need the name of a character or a picture of him. It's in Family Guy and it's a party full of 'babies'. Stewie's girlfriend Olivia Fuller is talking to another baby. He says something like 'Hey kid, how are ya?!' and Stewie embarrasses her. I think he is wearing a dark suit and has short dark hair. Can any one help?

    Victor is Olivia's playmate and is a fellow actor whom she did a Flintstones Vitamins commercial with. He was seen in the episode "Chick Cancer" Season: 5 Episode: 7.

    I think it's vern or something... I know the episode. Visit FGepisode (type it on google), find the episode and it'll be there. By the way you can watch any episode there. When you select an episode use 'VideoBB' to watch it not the others. Worked for me anyway..
