why is Yahoo News comments section not working?

The hamster in the wheel that runs Yahoo's server died. When they find a replacement, all will be working again.

Yahoo news seems to sometimes have a real problem with allowing comments for the HOT topics of the day, or so it seems IMHO.

This has happened too many times to be just a glitch od sorts. What, are there no computer coders at yahoo who can fix this -- BEFORE the Presidential Elections happen?! We, The People, have comments about the latest breaking news stories. Like the whole FBI Director's letters about the HRC emails. I think it really stinks to not have a voice during this time frame. As for the Director's letters and timing -- well this is not the first time TIMING in a 11th hour Presidential Election held the voters hostage while awaiting the outcome. Iran Contra and the hostages is a case in point! President Cater lost because of GOP back-channel deals with Iran to release the American Hostages. NOW it is the GOP back-channel deals that appear to have aided holding the HRC Emails hostage, again IMHO, I don't know but it seems that way to me.

SO...bottom line, YAHOO get your comments sections working again ASAP. Othereise, it would seem you, too, have a hand in keeping the lid on the HOT Topics of the NEWS -- just sayin' maybe.

It's like what is the point in commenting when it's not going to be posted anyway. Just post Yahoo news for read only and take down the comments section. Just be done with it all together.

Same old, just let Yahoo make a change to the home page and the problems start. This problem is the same as I experienced 8 or so months ago, ........ "my comments" does not work. After a month,I contacted Yahoo and was told I had to make setting changes on Windows XP. There are not that many operating systems that Yahoo couldn't post setting changes needed to make the fix if thats the issue.

My comment section quit working 3 weeks ago and I agree with all those who comment it's political. Yahoo is 100% liberal and they can't stand a negative comment. Many times My comment would be denied when there was absolutely no profanity, racism, or violent content. They want people to vote for Hilliery or the commey. This definitely would not be accepted. I'm just glad I got to comment on here.

Everyday Yahoo has a problem! Now it is my comment section! No comments, no replies, no thumbs up or down, why the heart? Man you liberals are nuts!

Apparently it is now marching in Lock Step with other Media outlets who no longer do bonafide Journalism but instead feed the hunger monster of scandal and what color your nail polish ought to be. The amount of Media given to hate mongering celebrities with deep pockets are now the focus. It doesn't matter if Bernie Sanders rallies are over run or if they cut your social security. The only things that matters is that the Fashion industry carries your favorite colors and that you can buy it for cheap. No matter if you can't pay your mortgage, insurance or if you are being polluted by toxic waste. Yahoo could easily have been purchased by the Koch Brothers and we wouldn't know it, cause they aren't going to tell you.

Yahoo is part of the controlled mainstream media. This is the propaganda weapon of the Bilderberg Group secret society, elected by no one and answerable to no one. They choose the political leaders in the West to do their bidding. Free voting is a lie and a scam, and has been rigged since the end of WW2.

They are now busy implementing theirs plan for a one world government that cannot be voted out office in a post democratic era. You will comply, either coerced or enforced.

The E.U is a Bilderberg idea and the Americas have NAFTA. Nothing to do with trading but everything to do with being deeply political. My computer works fine except when I go to Yahoo news to post a comment, it gets stone age slow. I also got a warning message that someone was trying to intrude. Some NSA hacker maybe. It started after I commented on Israel news 3 weeks ago.

I just want to post comments to the spin news we get now and it looks like that is not being allowed.Time to move on to a net that allows free speach and good ideas in an open forum.

Yahoo has done an analysis and determined that the comment section which appears to have overwhelmingly conservative response is actually harming their agenda. It's censorship folks. Plain and simple. Been expecting it. The way the electoral process is playing out I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner. Guess we have to find a different avenue to vent. Pity.
