There's this girl. How to get her heart?
I'm in college and there's a girl who is very different than any other girls in my college.
She has a very strong character; she's friendly, honest, respectful towards others, strong discipline, dedicated, religious, down-to-earth, smart, and also very cute, and graceful..
She reaches out to people around her, which in turn made her as everyone's sweetheart.. It's like she popped out of someones secret lab lol. Obviously, I have a crush on her. My question is, how to, you know, impress her, make her know that i really like her and willing to do anything for her..

I know how cliche it sounds, but if you want her to like you, just be yourself! Honest character is always a nice thing to see, and she will probably notice yours. If you want her to start thinking about you in the way that you think about her, make sure that she knows you care about her. Let her know you care about her by little gestures, such as asking her about her day, or showing interest in the little details of her life. :)

First of all, make sure that you show interest in her. That way she'll get comfortable around you.
Don't get straight to the point, just hang out with her, get to know her well and be sincere. Don't try to be somebody else, just be yourself.
There will be a connection within that fase and when the time is right, ask her to do something with you. Not like "Would you like to go on a date with me"-esque, but more "Would you like to go catch a drink with me? -esque.
Don't try to force to much, if it's meant to be it will happen. Just be like a good friend, but make sure that you show affection towards her so there won't be a misconception. (Thinking that it's only a friendship)

First, take your time to know what things that impress her and write it in a nice note book which it has her name on the cover
Then, every time you see her write your feeling and mention lot of details
Finally, give her the note book as a gift in her birthday and kiss her
After that, dissaper a week
she will find you

Now the case is different. For this as you said there is a lot of competition for you.So you need to be different to others to had her attention to you. SO don't look at her at all pass in front of her. Don't care that she was there for you.Be calm down to earth. Only reply exactly that what she ask you if ever.This can work lolllllllll.
