Which of these guys do i bench? pick one?

Steve Smith @Hou, Mike Wallace @San Fran, Marques Colston @Min, Michael Turner vs Jac, Reggie Bush @Buf, Cedric Benson @Stl.

Pick one to bench, been leaning towards Cedric Benson as he is the least talented, but the matchup seems to good to pass up

This depends on Roethlisberger's status. If it turns out that he has to sit this week, then I'd sit Wallace. With Benson's match up against the Rams, I'd consider sitting Turner against Jacksonville. His performance against Carolina wasn't very impressive considering that the Panthers have been getting killed on the ground. Colston, Bush and Benson all have excellent match ups.

I would sit Colston. There is no doubt that the Saints will be passing all over the Vikings, but in terms of risk/reward, Colston has the highest risk of any player on that list.

Cedric Benson hasn't had a great matchup since week 6. In the last 4 weeks against Bal, Cle, Pit, and Hou, he has averaged 12 points per game. That might not sound like a lot, but against those opponents that is nothing to scoff at. He should cruise this week in what will be his easiest matchup of the season.

Bench Colston. I like Benson against the Rams as a matchup, so id go with that

Colston is kinda inconsistent so wouldn't trust.

    good luck

Bench Cedric for sure. I'll take talent (rest of your guys) over a good match-up (Benson) anytime.
