I forgot my PlayStation account info is there anyway I can reset it or make a new one ?
I can not get online to connect with other players on the games so I need to reset my account how do I do it ???

On the 'sign in' page click the 'Forgot my password' box and an email will be sent to the address you supplied. When you get the email follow the link and change your password. Enter your new password into the sign in page and you're back in business. If the email address is no longer valid then you will have to call customer support to reactivate your account. Your other option is to start again with a new ps3 user account and a new psn account but any dlc's you had will be gone for good.
