HELP WITH BECOMING VEGAN?
I have been a Vegetarian for 2 years now but i want to take it to the next level and become a Vegan, ive tried before but i lost weight rapidly because im uneducated about the diet. Ive given up eggs but i just cant lets go of milk, ive tried all the different types but its not the same, im HIGHLY addicted to black tea so it even harder, and it seems that everything has milk in it, it makes me so frustrated! Can i get some help on how to go about becoming Vegan?

Focus on fruit, veggies, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds every day. Add occasional mushrooms, nutritional yeast, nori or chlorella, tofu, seitan, tempeh. Avoid processed foods and refined carbs (white flour products, sugar). Soy milk, coconut milk, almond milk, hemp milk, rice milk, and for sweeteners, agave nectar, maple syrup and stevia are great.

Try different kinds of non-dairy milk. If that does not work just stay vegetarian. And not everything has milk in it (although sometimes it may seem that way) actually a lot of things don't.

i say dont if your already that addicted to milk then you shoudnt cause that the whole point of eing a vegan i say just stay a vegetarian
