Should I change my job title?
I was employed as a General Worker in a private company back in 2007. My job duties are more related to Registry Clerk so in my resume shall I state that I'm working as a Registry Clerk or should I leave it as a General Worker. Sorry for my poor English

Your employer determines your job title, so show it as whatever they called it in your resume and then explain the duties in more detail. If someone tries to verify your employment the discrepancy in job titles might be interpreted as lying. You never want a prospective employer to have that perception, even accidentally.
