Wait for another 1 to 2 weeks. The egg that already hatched could be the first one laid so the other three should hatch within the coming days as well. Hopefully, the male is feeding the hen while she sits on top of the other eggs and is feeding the new baby cockatiel.

ok, so your Cockatiel obviously has a mate. The egg would not hatch unless she is with a male. The rest of the eggs may not be fertile. This means that they would not develop and hatch out. You should wait for at least a week as depending on how she laid them, usually every other day, she may hatch another or all 3. Eggs usally take 3 weeks to form, so the egg that hatched is most likely the first one she laid. You could also candle the eggs, this is when you hold the egg over a flashlight or any light and see the inside. If it is clear and you see a yolk, most likely the egg is not fertile. If it shows a dark spot, red membranes, anything else, the egg may hatch. Also, even if an egg develops, sometimes it does not develop fully and essentially dies in the egg. So wait a week or so, the male should be feeding her so she can feed her baby, just make sure that is happening!

    Good Luck

Leave the eggs in the nest, they help to keep the young warm and stop her from sitting to tight,There is a chance that the eggs may still hatch.
