Name or word for chinese cooking vessel?

In china they have a thing to heat broth over charcoal. It is like a doughnut-shaped bowl that sits on coals with a tall chimney that rises up in the center to allow the charcoal to vent. It can be made of simple brass or ornate porcelain.

People sit around the bowl of simmering broth and place in it bits of vegetables (chinese lettuce) and thinly sliced meat to cook before eating.
