Is my alien (non US resident) mother alllowed to use my social security for food stamps ?
Today I just found out she uses my social security for food stamps and I'm not sure how this could affect or reflect on me.
She has a U.S. boyfriend whom I don't understand why she doesnt use his social, she uses mine to get the food stamps.
I'm almost 17, about to go off to college. Help??

It is legal, so don't worry so much about it.
When getting the food stamps the mother or the father are legally allowed to use it for Any Benefits offered by the government. It is legal until the age of 19; yes, not 18, but 19.
