Should I cut my hair like this?

No. I don't think that style looks good on her and it would hardly look good on anyone. It's too poofy on top and too many layers to be so short. You should get layers but keep the same length of your hair now, don't part your hair over so far but get sidebangs. I think that'd look super cute on you and it's sort of like a simpler version of Kimberly Caldwell's hairstyle.

I got my hair cut like this, but since the back is shorter than the front, you would have to keep getting your hair cut the exact same way unless you want it to look funny if you try to grow it out. (: oh and unless the person cutting your hair is a hair genius, it won't look exactly like that.
