    Sorry I am not aware of any theory about mood swings. But I do know a famous CD by Joshua Redman whose title is Mood Swings. He played the Saxophone with Brad Meldau on the piano. It was really good jazz music. Both will make an appearance next June in Paris, Salle Pleyel. I have booked one seat already.

    When they change abruptly it may be bi-polar.You go from highs to lows.

    Happy to angry quickly.It can also be low self esteem,you get angry quick at anyone who

    tries to correct you.In women PMS may cause it.
