Oklahoma St- want to make a case that they should have been #2 by beating Stanford
Kansas St- want to make case why they should have been a BCS team
Arkansas- same as Kansas St.
Boise St.- same as Kansas St. and Arkansas, and it's Kellen Moore's last game as a Bronco
Unmotivated:
Michigan St.- felt they could have won the Big 10, and are seeing rivals Michigan play in the Sugar Bowl
Houston- just lost their coach to Texas A&M, were so close to making a BCS bowl, I don't see them doing well against Penn St.
