I have known a guy since K4, literally. I think he likes me because, all of a sudden, he started talking to me and hanging out with me all the time. I have this policy, "Say it, because you may not get another chance!" I usually follow this policy and tell complete strangers that they're cute:3 But, I don't know if I should tell HIM that I like him.... he's kinda a gangster and I'm a nerd, but in a cute way! We've always been close friends, but would it be awkward to tell him i like him? Should I just tell him randomly " I love you! " ?

Would be awkward if you say you love him.
Just say you have feeling for him and would like to go out with him if he feel the same way

i reccomend NOT saying i love you straight out. tell him you wanna take the friendship to another level. then if you two end up dating, tell him LATER in the relationship. not three months in.

next time you see him, you go right up to him and kiss the hell out of him.
you can use these line that i thought of right now too...
e.g you ask him " do u know what is a narddog?" and he is like " no " "what is narddog?" and you would go this is narddog and kiss the the crap out of him.
