How do you PERMANENTLY mount an ISO file to a Virtual Drive?

I already know how to use ISOs. Right now I have MagicISO and am able to mount and play games.

The only problem is that they are only temporarily mounted while I'm still using the computer. Once i've turn my computer off, then turned it on again - they're not mounted to the virtual drive anymore.

Can someone PLZ tell me how to have ISOs PERMANENTLY Mounted?? Do i need to use another program or something??
