I don't mind them... some horses actually enjoy it and some have to
do it as work. I've been on a carriage ride before and the horse
seemed fine to me. BQ: maybe. ur lucky I'm not a guy.

The carriage horse "industry" has it's dark side. But then again, so does racing, barrel racing, western pleasure, jumping, dressage, reining, etc.
I believe it's fine in moderation as long as the horse isn't working for extended periods, is given plentiful and frequent access to water, is given adequate nutrition, is healthy and sound, and isn't working on dangerous roads.
BQ: And no I will not be going anywhere near you.

I think that some carriage horses are overworked, but so are some horses in other disciplines.
BQ: Sure, I would love to ;) <3

Some of the people treat their horses really well and the horses are more spoiled than ever. Other people may work the horses too hard, while the horses don't have shoes, trimmed hooves, good meals, shots, or anything. It all depends on who you take it from.

Ha-ha since I don't know you at all, I wouldn't go for it. But I would definitely enjoy going on one with someone sometime. They seem like they could be a lot of fun, with the right people. Besides, it's traditional this time of year.

If the horse is in good shape what's the problem.
I'm gay so I don't know how well that would go for you.

They were used in the 18th century or something. (Couldn't remember, but it was the olden times.)
No thanks, I don't know you. I live on Mars and you're probably on Earth. That doesn't work.
