okay, so, me and my sister were talking in my room with the door shut. I was crying, telling her how my girlfriend broke up with me the day before. She felt really sorry for me and comforted me. I eventually settled down crying as her cuddling me saying "it'll be okay" made me feel better. I kissed her cheek and told her "thank you sis..". It made her blush and she went to kiss me on the cheek back, but at the same time I turned my head to look up at her and her lips connected with mine instead. She quickly pulled her head away and it got really awkward for a good 5 seconds. In hopes to break the awkwardness I told her "you taste good". I don't know if that turned her on somehow or something but then she told me "so do you.." and she started kissing me. I couldn't help myself because my hormones got the best of me and I found her attractive for some reason, and it just went from there, I'll spare you the details but we ended up having sex. It's been a couple of months now and recently my sister has came to me saying she's pregnant; the test came up positive. I'm the only guy she's ever slept with and vise versa. I cried that night feeling like a monster and now I don't know what to do. My parents are going to find out for sure and this baby is going to be a monster. If you think you have a crappy life, just be glad you're not me right now! What should I do because I'm feeling pretty stuck..

It's not as uncommon as you may think. There's actually a similar situation on Teen Mom. You aren't related so it is normal to have an attraction to someone living under the same roof and attending other family events as you - you have something in common. You and your father both have good taste.
