executable of the Voice Over IP phone software.. If you installed such, then it's supposed to be there...if its itibit.exe (no "i" at the end) then its malware and you can run antimalware software to get rid of it

I got this file from downloading some editing software.
It started running ads every 2 mins. It would start on boot up and closing it would not stop it. Uninstall would not remove it. I could not use delete on it.
Some how it was protected. So I did a search for itibiti and deleted everything that would delete. It had Dir (Itiditi soft phone) the file was in it.
It would not delete until got it move to another Dir.
