Question about Access 2007...?

I have an assignment that involves making QUERIES,

I have 5 Tables and 2 Forms, so where should I get the fields from the table or forms?

Update:

I click on the "create" and either "Query Design" or "Query Wizard" in the Other group?

    Use Fields and Records System.

    Then label the main form.

    That all depends on what you want your query to do. If you want to allow the user to provide query criteria, you will use a combination of both table and form fields.
