Confusing Traffic Light System?
If there's anybody who lives in Boca raton,fl near central park Blvd North. There are two traffic signals on that corner and 441. The situation is when the light on the west side of 441 shows a green arrow to turn left,while the other one on the east side sometimes turns green..otherwise it's red and it doesn't have a left turn arrow. What gives? I don't want to get a ticket for running a red light.

its tripped by vehicle presence/also dont go to far into the intersection
