Does using cheats on Saints Row:The Third affect Xbox achievements?

So I just got Saints Row: The Third today and I am wanting to go off and just kinda play with the cheats but I still want to do the campaign and get all the achievements. So does it affect any achievements like in GTA or can I use them and have no problem later on getting them all?

    You will not earn achievements.

    Only vehicle cheats are allowed.

    It relies upon on the activity, yet most of the time, it disables achievements. On video games at the same time with Saints Row, employing cheats will straight away disable skill to get achievements. although, on most of the older video games at the same time with GRAW, achievements are nonetheless unlockable with cheats.
