Please rate/fix my MTG infect deck.?

I have some moderate success at my weekly Standard Tournaments, but have never finished first. What do I need to put this deck over the top?

The idea is to get out Elves and Agents early and pump to win by turns 2-4. If my apponent survives that long, Hydra + Melira is a devestating combo. I tend to finish in the top 8 but I want to win. Any suggestions that you may have to put this deck over the top would be greatly appreciated.

I know I should have some Inkmoth Nexus, but cannot afford them at the moment.
