What does this sound like?

So there's this guy in my class, we had a thing, but it's long gone now. Recently, he's been liking all my facebook statuses. One of them was with my ex-boyfriend. My friend hacked my account and posted hearts on my ex's wall, so i commented saying it was my friend, and i didn't think of him that way. he liked it. He likes all of my posts about guys. I don't know what to think, does he want to be friends again?
