i have a co- worker who is bossy and controlling, im not there to be friends , just to work.?

last week , i cussed him out and it felt good too. of course he did not like it . oh well. should i go to my manager ?

    Next time, do NOT cuss at anyone - go to your boss and let him or her know what's going on.....it is their job to handle this type of behavior - NOT yours.

    Good for you! I have one of those at my job. I never cussed her out yet after 10 years. I was told not to do anything that might risk my job. You are right you don't have to be friends. You just need to work together and be at least cordial. I would go to the manager so he/she can be aware of the issue.

    I would. I would go to your manager explain what happened. Say that they are creating a hostile work environment and that you are unable to work in these conditions.

    Yes i was in your position but it was with a manger and i had to go up to a supervising manger and it was fixed immediately
