How to train to become a better fighter?
I love fighting fighting is what i do it's my joy and just for fun i can be angry at someone punch them and then 5 minutes later try to be their best friend. I am already ALMOST the best fighter in my area ive never lost YET. Ive taken boxing, and ju jitsu for 2-3 years all together (can't spell) but had to stop both beacuse i couldn't afford it. I am currently sparring with one of my buddies 4-5 times a week just to train and to get better, MY MAIN QUESTION IS WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST WORKOUTS OR ANY TIPS TO BECOME BETTER EVEN MAYBE A DIET PLAN BEACUSE I PLAN ON GETTING BACK INTO BOXING BY THIS NEXT SPRING AND WANT TO BE AHEAD OF THE REST BEFOREHAND AND SUPRISE THEM. my bad about caps lock im just to lazy to retype that lol
I am currently doing hill sprints twice daily beacuse i know high intensity workouts work best. The main goal in my fights are to be able to unload more energy for a longer time then the oppent and not get tired

OH nomnomnomnom *thinking* nomnomnomnomnom. Eat more stuff with wheat such as bread. More vegetables and fruits... less chocolate ( <__< ). Dude just practice everyday: pull ups (buy yourself a ...handlebar or smth and stick it to the ceiling). More push ups. Play ping-pong, it develops your wrist muscles^^ and ofc train with other people: get a trainer^^
Jsut practice since thats the main factor that can make you perfect in that.
