How to ask out a girl?

If she goes out of her way to talk to you and laughs at most of the things you say, theres a good chance she's flirting with you. You wont find out if she likes you unless you ask her out, just start a conversation with her so your not just springing it on her and then work it into the conversation about a movie you want to see or somewhere you want to go and ask her if she wants to go too! Theres no harm in trying :)

Well some signs I would say is smiling at you a lot,joking around with you and just generally trying to get your attention. Some women cant get out of their kid phase and will smack and hit guys they like I dont know why but Im guessing its an attention thing. The best I can tell you for the beginning stages of things is to talk to her and talk a lot! Find out what she likes and what shes into and then establish a friendship from there. Even if you dont have a lot in commen dont worry its nice for someone to show ya things that normally you might not be into. So be open to things and just go from there. My favorite quote is "Love is a friendship caught on fire." Which is soooo true. All things take time and if you guys take the time then things should go good. You guys can set up things to do during your talks like go play pool,go to a concert hang out at a muesum or whatever. And of course get her number if you dont have it that way you can at least text and bs over the phone. Hope that helps ya out!

Girls like it when you make the first move and its very flattering. Just tell her you like her! or if you don't have the balls to then ask her to come to a work function with you or say you have an extra ticket to a game or something along the lines of that and she will probaly get the hint. The worst she can say is we are just friends. You have to take a chance!
