Is Coolrom.com a safe site?

And can I run the rom's on my wii through a USB?

    It is a safe site. I personally use it and have no problems.

    I dont believe you can run the roms on a USB. You will need an emulator which emulates the type of device you want. If it is possible you will void your warrenty as you essentially have to mod it for the roms to work.
