Yes.. You put it in the oven at 350 for about an hour or done. U don't have to do the garlic though. I have made this dish a lot. It is really good.

add some fresh lemon juice on top too when u take them out. 400 til the juices run clear when poked with fork about 30 to 45 min

Well you put the chicken in the frying pan , then squeeze lemon on it , VOILA! LEMON CHICKEN
